Shipping Information

We ship all of our freeze-dried products directly from our family kitchen with care!

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship Canada-wide using trusted carriers. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Shipping Options: Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size.

  • Local Pickup: If you’re nearby, you can choose free local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, usually within 24–48 hours.

Delivery Delays or Issues

Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our freeze-dried products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be happy with your order! If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
